Chusak Vongkusolkit, Member of Antai International Advisory Board, Sends Congratulatory Remarks on SJTU's 130th Anniversary and Antai College’s 42th Anniversary of Reestablishment 2026-06-12
On the occasion of the 130th anniversary of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) and the 42nd anniversary of the reestablishment of Antai College of Economics and Management (Antai College), Mr. Chusak Vongkusolkit, Vice Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce in China, Vice Chairman of the Board of Mitr Phol Sugar Corp., Ltd., and CEO of Guangxi Nanning East Asia Sugar Group, extended his sincere congratulations and heartfelt wishes to the University and Antai College.
As a patriotic Thai-Chinese entrepreneur dedicated to promoting China–Thailand economic and trade cooperation, Mr. Vongkusolkit has maintained close exchanges and extensive collaboration with SJTU Antai College of Economics and Management for many years. He has actively participated in the College’s flagship international events, including the Annual International Advisory Board Meeting, the 2025 China–Thailand Business Development Forum in Bangkok, and the 2025 Antai International Corporate Day, contributing valuable insights to industry-academia collaboration and the cultivation of globally minded business talent.
In his congratulatory message, Mr. Vongkusolkit highly praised SJTU’s distinguished educational achievements and rich heritage spanning more than a century. He noted that, as a world-class institution of higher education, SJTU has nurtured generations of outstanding talents equipped with strong professional expertise, a global perspective, and an innovative mindset. The University has continuously contributed its wisdom and strength to China–Thailand educational cooperation and the integration of global industries.

Mr. Vongkusolkit sincerely wished SJTU continued prosperity and even greater achievements in the years ahead. He also expressed his hope that Antai College will continue to uphold its educational philosophy of “unity of knowledge and action,” serve national strategic priorities, and cultivate versatile international talents capable of driving industrial innovation and supporting high-quality cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
Looking ahead, East Asia Sugar Group plans to further deepen exchanges and collaborative innovation with Antai College. Together, both sides will write a new chapter of mutually beneficial university-enterprise cooperation and make greater contributions to China–Thailand friendship and high-quality industrial development.
